| The staff at Glen Meadows is amazing! Their mechanics are always on top of diagnostics and identifying problems. I started coming here after the Ford dealers in town could not diagnose or fix my issue. Malcolm, Kevin and the staff had it sorted right away. Since then I have returned multiple times. Malcom?s estimates are always bang on, and in fact tells me I can save money if we plan to fix other issues the next time the truck is in. I started coming here at 230k km on my F150 and it?s rolling over 300k in the next weeks. Glen Meadows has made that possible, the sign says it best, ?Exceeding expectations is expected? and these guys do it every time! I have called Glen Meadows in advance when having issues in BC. Talking to the staff has saved me a tow bill. Understandably they wouldn?t quote me over the phone without diagnosing the issue in person, but even so the ?guesstimate? and most likely diagnoses based on what I was hearing from the front end was still within a few hundred of the actual estimate when they could diagnose the issue in person. This was much cheaper than a tow job from Revelstoke! I appreciate the honesty and amazing customer service as it is hard to find these days. I will be coming back to Glen Meadows with all my service on any future vehicles as well. But these guys do such a good job I plan on bringing this F150 back for many years to come! Mike |

| Once again Glen Meadows has done an excellent job of servicing our 2003 Lancer. Two years ago they did an extensive "renovation" of the car, and it was like driving a new vehicle. The latest service was to replace the ignition cylinder and switch. The work took less than three hours and the price was very reasonable. Also, Kevin went beyond all expectations to provide transportation home when my ride didn't show up. |

| The folks at Glen Meadows have always done great work on my 2003 Tacoma. Really nice people to deal with. I will be bringing my wife's 2018 Subaru Outback for regular maintenance there now. |
